1. ABOUT ORGDH

ORGDH is a nonprofit organization that supports education, health, humanitarian relief, and community development. Information on this website is provided for general informational and charitable purposes. Programs, events, eligibility requirements, benefits, and availability may change.

You must provide accurate and current information when submitting a form, creating an account, applying for assistance, volunteering, registering for an event, or making a donation. You are responsible for protecting your login information and for activity conducted through your account. Notify ORGDH promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. PROGRAMS, APPLICATIONS, AND SERVICES

Submitting an application or request does not guarantee acceptance, funding, assistance, placement, participation, or any specific result. ORGDH may review eligibility, request supporting information, establish priorities based on available resources, and modify, postpone, or discontinue a program or event when reasonably necessary.

4. DONATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Donations are voluntary and will be used to support ORGDH’s charitable mission and programs. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, donations and payments are final and nonrefundable. ORGDH does not provide tax or legal advice. Donors should retain their receipts and consult a qualified adviser regarding tax deductibility. Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

5. SMS/TEXT MESSAGE TERMS

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you authorize ORGDH to send recurring automated or non-automated text messages related to programs, applications, appointments, volunteer activities, donations, events, emergency or community outreach, account notices, and other ORGDH services.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a purchase or donation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel future text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, call (662) 498-5988, or email info@orgdh.org. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number current and for having authority to enroll that number.

6. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEO, AND MEDIA

When ORGDH plans to photograph, record, or interview participants, it will seek any consent required by applicable law or the relevant release form. Where valid permission has been provided, ORGDH may use approved photographs, video, audio, statements, or other media for educational, charitable, promotional, reporting, fundraising, and archival purposes. Parents or legal guardians must provide any required consent for minors. Contact ORGDH if you have a concern about a specific published image or recording.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not misuse the website; violate any law; impersonate another person; submit false, fraudulent, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content; interfere with website security or operation; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or collect data without permission; or use ORGDH’s name, content, or services for unauthorized commercial activity.

The website may link to third-party websites, social networks, donation processors, media platforms, or service providers. ORGDH does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

ORGDH does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, program availability, funding, employment, immigration results, medical outcomes, or any other particular result.
